I used a GM Si12 alternator, 105 Amps, internal regulator, shrouded fan, and correct pulley for Pantera. It has larger bearings than the CS130. The CS130 has had problems with bearings failure (only 8mm dia.) and excessive heating, and has been replaced by a CS144.
The GM si12 is a good mechanical fit and the wiring is simple. The light on the dash still works properly as well. Two spacers are required 3/8" and 1" thick with a 3/8 hole. The adjustment bracket requires minor grinding for clearance on inside radius.
E-mail me if you want pics of installation.
