Here it actually depends on the intended useage of the car.
The useage would determine where the rpm range is operated the most.
That effects the intake manifold.
That victor is streetable but not really a street manifold.
It is really intended to matched (ported) to your particular set up (cam, ports, etc, ect) on a flow bench.
It also is going to stick up past the Pantera Screen.
It probably is going to be just a little bit flat till over 4000rpm, maybe 3500.
It's a tall Torker really.
It will scream at 8-8500 rpm. That's it's domain
