Thanks, Doug. Actually, I replace the entire China wall gasket with a bead of silicone, running about 1/2 inch onto the heads at all four corners.

I ordered Mr. Gasket 214 last night from Summit.

Fel-Pro 1228 has a terrible history of leaking so that one is best avoided by everyone.

95078SG from Victor Reinz seems to no longer be available.

Edelbrock does not have a gasket for the stock iron heads and actually recommends the 1228
