Matthias, sorry if this is obvious, but since this is a dual plane, watch out you don't get the secondary throttle blades too close to the floor on one side. If it hits, big problem obviously. But even if it doesn't hit, the flow may be changed considerably.
Or add a spacer

(The CHI intake I did it on has a huge open chamber)
