What I think Jeff thought and meant to say

is put an intermittent box hidden behind the dash somewhere powered from say the low speed of the current wiper switch. Then use the spare center console 3 way rocker switch to control the intermittent timing e.g. 1. long time intermittent, 2. short time intermittent 3. full on low speed. No modifications to stock look and minimal to wiring. Unless you want one of those infinitely adjustable imtermittent rheostat type timers... but how much do you actually drive the Pantera in the rain? Or is it a case everyone spits on you from the sidewalk in NY?
