Hi Bayani. One of our POCA members in Reno-Tahoe Panteras built a variable-speed wiper switch for me a few years ago using a delay system once sold by JC Whitney. It was a 'universal' but no longer sold by JCW so he recently designed & built a new, improved one from components. I see him regularly so I'll mention that there may be a few people interested in this neat li'l mod.
