Sory for the slow reply/ that is the reverse detent spring, it's leaking becase it was dropped on the floor or a floor jack hit it, that part in the middle is a press in cap to hold in the spring. You can remove the whole thing and clean it and use a sealer to cover the cap or buy a new one for $120.00 !!
