Is this a 351 Cleveland?

Hi everyone,
It seems like the top of this engine is very different from a stock 351 Clevelan ( see picture) how can you tell if this is a 351 Cleveland or not?
Any ideas? What do you think this is? The car is 72 L.
Let me know I'm looking at this car for potential
purchase.
