Jet Hot fiasco

I've had good experience with Jet Hot before but thought I would share this one. Month ago I brought down the new 180s, valve cvrs, intake manifold, water pipes, fuel tank shield, bell housing, oil pan, and two new PI Powerpack mufflers. Picked them up about ten days ago, unwrapped them at my engine builders shop, scuffs on the headers, intake was horrible, valve covers substandard, and my mufflers lost somewhere to another customer that got them by mistake.

Brought the parts needing redoing back last week.

Today I called and asked if the mufflers had been returned yet and was told they came back but have been "sent out for repair" as there was some damage.

Now I have to try to sleep thinking that these have already been mocked up to the car, and what could possible have been damaged that they have to send them out to a special repair shop. There was an exceptionally small dent in one that will be on the bottom when the muffler is in the car and was made by us to fit. The dent is made on purpose.

I now envision the dent being repaired, then recoated and having to put a dent in again which will crack the coating. I told them not to worry about the dent the first day.

Other than that, what possible repair could be made to a set of mufflers that have no seams?

This is turning into a nightmare....my car is begging to get back with its new engine and lots of horsepower. I am furious.
