You are not alone with these kind of issues. I have two other friends who had problems with Jet-Hot, although I am sure they are not the only shop to make these kind of mistakes. I had very good luck with HPC in Chandler, Az.. They had everything done in two days and looked great. I offered to pay extra and in cash if they had them done fast and did a good job. I guess they liked that idea.
