When I was at the factory last year at this time, the outgoing manager (who was the incoming wrap-up attendant) told me that Mrs. Detomaso owns it all. And although many offers come and go for the company, the name, and the assests (like the warehouse full of parts that I saw)she's not interested in selling.

Her prized horses were still feeding there last summer.

As for the web site, for $50 a year it can remain active and alive.
