fuse 13 and 14 are the power windows from looking at the wiring on Pantera Electronics site, so i am not sure why they would be an issue with fuse 12, looks like fuse 12 also incorporates 1 electric fan, the other fan is hooked into fuse 11,I have new Mirah fans. but i am willing to try anything and report back, just have to stock up on some more fuses first
