Thanks guys. I'll yank the steering wheel and see what I can figure out. It is stock and pretty worn, cracked, and ugly looking anyway. I'll see about using that spline section to adapt another wheel. I'll also get ahold of Dennis and see if he has a solution.
Boy, tell me about it on the final price of the seats!. I was going to have them re-covered by a local upholsterer, but he just let them sit there and I finally gave up on him, took them back, and went the other route. The speakers in the headrests really seemed like a great idea, so I let myself get carried away. Some internet correspondence made the Fiero seats sound like a good fit. Bull$#!+. Don't do it!!
