Some more work done this last week..

First I bolted on the door and adjusted it. The gaps was way off so I had to start thinking the best way to get the gaps I was aiming for.

Gap Door and front fender

Gap B-post and door

Front door/rocker

Started to cut the B-post to be able to drag it back so the gap open

When I was happy with the gap I started to spootweld

I cut the bad part of the rear lower fender. Not easy to get this rockpanel the way I want.

After about 30 hours of work it start looking the way I want
