Lay down radiator. How far is too far?

I have a set of stainless brackets that move the bottom of the radiator up on top and back on the crossmember. That looks okay but I am wondering how far forward should I lay the radiator? Is there an ideal angle and can it be positioned too far forward? I have set of 12" Spal fans positioned on the back of a Fluidyne for what that is worth in this discussion. The fans will do the work in a parked position. But, going down the road is the forward leaning angle impeading airflow through the radiator and does more angle equal less airflow? What have you guys found on this subject?
