Stephen -
I'll be heading out on Thursday, June 16th and will be staying in Camping Bleu, right in the middle of all the silliness.

I'd highly recommend heading for Indianapolis on Friday morning, between roughly 10am and noon... There will be a huge number of very interesting cars cruising around... then parking, then cruising, then parking... It's about the only place in the world where you can see so much exotic machinery in motion, hear the engines, look into engine bays up close, etc. It really is a good time.

We can meet up and plan something at that point if you'd like. Our rough plan for the week is something like this:

Thursday - drive up from Spain, arrive, pitch camp. Eat dinner in Arnage at an outdoor cafe if weather cooperates

Friday - morning cruise around Indianapolis/Arnage
afterward, head to Carrefour to stock up on food, beer, etc.

afternoon - visit the pits
evening - meet up with some friends and probably do dinner in the campsite

Saturday - Classic race in the morning, try to see the classic cars before or after the race

4pm Saturday - watching race and hanging out.

I'll be attending with three cars full of people from Spain, and that's the rough outline of what I've got planned. Anyone is perfectly welcome to participate in any portions that sound interesting (or if you are doing something interesting, let me know!)

I'll be meeting up with Mike Drew and johnny Woods, who are going in Johnny's Pantera. It's not too late to meet up!
