Leak at shift linkage on ZF

My ZF was doing just dandy until the vent got plugged and pressure blew out the seal around where the shift linkage enters the left rear 'box' on the side my transaxle. (Sorry I don't know enough to call the parts by name.)

My technician unplugged the vent, but there's still a leak. How big of an ordeal to replace this seal? Parts available? ANY HELP is appreciated.
