leaking under dash hot water valve to heater box

have the above problem.is this a kit repair or after market replacement. it is genuine ford part. number 67 PG 18495A-A but not having too much luck with mr googe. ( if I new what other fords used this would make that job much easier!)
am doing full car restoration over here in new Zealand and chasing parts.

Car body all straight,dipped and rust removed. now in paint shop. so my job is to clean, repair or replace all interior and other bits. so this is the first post of many i suspect.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated.
