Its not as hard as you think. There is a pushbutton on Allen's web site smartstoreinc.com/pantera that had this done when new. There is several pictures, it was a blue car on his index. The dashboard was changed to a 73 or 74 style, the master cylinder and clutch mastercylinder stayed on the left side, but a rod from the new pedals on the right side actuated them. I don't know about the steering wheel, but I don't think it would be too bad to do.
