Reply to "Lights won't turn off"

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to pull the guage panel over the weekend. No, the headlights didn't pop up. They will with the key on and the switch on. If I turn the switch off, they go down, but the interior and parking lights stay on. Something is definitely shorting somewhere.
