As far as transaxle repair, I am the kind of guy that HAS to do it, just because someone said it was hard and I shouldn't.

I agree that the current manual is poor. Maybe someday someone capable will prepare a better manual. I would buy one!

Did I read that right, this second Gear issue was your transaxle? Either way, sounds like my tranny issues are not over.
