The headlight setting mechanisms are very hard to turn. After the headlamp is removed (it may take some time to remove it fromcthe case)you can fix that in brushing the threads, adding some drops of oil, then removing it carefully, scratching all the oxydes on metallic area and put some grease under the nylon slider. Just put in back in place, and tight a little the C-hole bracket
