I would suggest looking for an industrial "rubber and gasket" supplier that could cut the rings from sheet stock or possibly have cord stock to make the ring. they my even have the capibility to "melt" the ends versus gluing.

I latter googled "Exhaust Hanger - O Ring" and got several hits where these are used
