Hi Joe, Brembo has a very good webpage were you can make a search by entering your required measurements for diameter, height, number of holes etc. That is were I found (for Pantera) that the 09.6912.10 Nissan 300ZX 90-> fits the rear and the 09.5889.10 Opel Omega B 94-99 fits the front. Both needed some machining. The price on aftermarket Brembo discs are very good here in Europe I suppose.....less than 250€ in total for the two sets (+ shipping)

The front discs needed larger center bore and new Bolt holes to be drilled in the correct diameter (114,3mm) The rear ones needed also larger center bore but the hole diameter matched. On the inner sided of the rear discs a few mm had to be removed on a lathe to clear the Ears for the Caliper on the uprights.
