Looking for a set of eye brow bumpers w/ no lights

I'm looking for a set of small eye brow type front bumpers. The ones that have no signal lights attached. Fiberglass, carbon or steel.
Question: Will this fit into the existing 2 holes in the 74 body after removing the big rubber bumper? Or do you have to redrill 4 more holes?
