that's right. The bumpers were designed specifically to replace the big L bumper. It encircles the turn signal pod, the pre-L models do not have a turn signal pod. It's made of fiberglass, very light. It uses the small holes that attached the L to the body, and it hides the big hole where the struts poked out. No body work, no extra drilling is required. It's an easy bolt on deal.
