You say 'replace". An expert TIG welder can repair almost any damaged magnesium wheel. X-ray and heat treat after repair. This will NOT be a gas station welder or a backyard hobbyist (like me) but may be an option if you have a damaged wheel. Contact Stockton Wheel in CA for opinions.
