I talked to Kodiak today. They never did a 15" 10-spoke wheel. It was only an 18". There would be a one-time set up charge to design the center and proof it.

If people are interested in doing a group purchase, we could lower that non-recurring per person charge by spreading it over the order. But coordinating such is probably too hard. Just food for thought.

If you want the Group IV look in a 3 piece wheel, check out ROIN wheels in Italy. They are represented on e-bay by the US dealer. Just search for "Pantera Wheels" on ebay and they will come up. Basically $4k a set.
I am thinking of going with them as the hard work is done and the wheels exist. No designing involved. Deliver is 3-4 weeks. Shipping is ~ $70 bucks within the US.
