Yes - ROIN makes them in Italy. They can do any width but the ebay add only shows the 13. I am doing 10's in front and 13's for the rear - 15" diameter. They can also do larger diameters, but I think for a price$$.

I have a file the dealer sent me of all the various wheel styles they have made. Most are on their web site. www.rointechnology.com
