LOOSE PANTERA INSIGNIAS

The DeTomaso and Pantera insignias at the rear of the car are loose. Some of the studs to the insignias have what appears to be cone shaped locked nuts while the other studs appear to have missing lock washer nuts. What secures these emblems ? thanks #7260
