The black one (T255) belongs to a friend of mine. It went to $78K and stopped .. he had an $80K reserve. I think he took $78K and then the buyer bailed out. He's going to sell on Bring A Trailer or e-Bay. Lots of commission money going to the auctioneer.

I think that Mecum is the wrong venue for a Pantera .. too many people looking for hot rods, oldies, etc. My friend's car was on Thursday .. I think later in the auction is better to get a higher price but Mecum call the order of showing.

BTW, It's a good car.
