Lotus owner needs help

I'm working on the drivetrain from a '66 Lotus-40 (289/ZF5DS) and I need to know what clutch slave cyl. to try as the original's missing-- nobody at Lotus seems to remember. I'm hoping whatever Ford used for the Pantera will fit.
