...It Doesn't get any more accurate, than This! Other than 'Stacking' all 7 Louvers on top of each other, clamping them down, and drilling straight through. That would risk a Misalignment. And if there was Error in the First...All would share the Error.

Now I will 'Counter-Sink' the Bores, Deburr and remove all sharp edges then prep for paint. Primer and then the Shiniest 'Gloss Black' Available. This will Make these 'Pop' right out of the Deck!
