...Slats Not Fully Battened down. One Louver drooping and needs to be tweaked.

The #1 Louver is mounted to the hinge plate, with Thumb Screws and can be removed with the Hands to access the Carburetor.

The exposed Deck in the Rear is 5-1/4" Wide.
