low brake pedal

I took #4372 out for a drive today, 92 degrees, on the way back home the brake pedal seemed to go down about 3 inches before the brakes took hold. Good braking, not spongy at all, just that the pedal travelled a lot. Haven't had time to check it out yet, any ideas??
