If you're unsuccessful at finding a perfect one and handy with oxyacetylene, you could try un-denting it. They are only thick-wall mild steel tubing and you do it much like body repairs. I took out a dent that I'd caused with a press, by drilling a hole thru the backside of the dented tube facing the dent. Then I heated the dent with a torch while tapping through the drill hole with a rod, to force the dented area back out. Welded the hole closed, some sanding and polishing and the a-arm was good to go. I once straightened and rewelded one that had a completely cracked tube for a friend. 20 years ago and no complaints yet....
