With lowered floor pans the s brace gets cut out.
I have 2" dropped pans. Ive got 3" clearance to the pan now and I have 3/4" angle irons to bolt to the seat studs and reinforce the pans. I'd say 2-1/2" ground clearance for them.

Looks like I'm going to have about 1-1/2 to 2" of clearance with the spacers out but I won't know till I do it.
