I've tried to scan a couple of articles, but the black and white photos come out very poorly. Also, I think the font is too small, which is something I can not adjust when I scan a page. You can review both the scan format, and a text-only version that I have manually (error prone & tediously) typed. http://geocities.com/provamo72/
Let me know your thoughts. Considering the time involved to manually type the articles, I'm looking for a better way. Scan images have most of the photos removed, as size per page was excessive.

Ideas, suggestions, comments are welcome !

Hello Chuck,

This is just a friendly and helpful suggestion. Yahoo might shut your site down if they find out you are copying scanned images of currently available books or tech manuals onto your website. Something about copyright infringement and I believe they are very sensitive about having Yahoo members doing this. I think you might want check it out with the Yahoo website people before you spend a lot of time posting copies. Check out the PI website at http://www.panteracars.com/books10.html for some of the books that are still available.

If Yahoo gives you the OK and thumbs up on coping stuff to your website, then I stand corrected.

Your friend,

Mike
