Reply to "Mangusta ashtray"

...after giving up buffing the stainless steel cover on mine, I dug deep and bought new from Pasquale...and I'll admit, its beautiful. I can almost forget the cost. info@coppolaoldtimer.com

I'd tried to buy just a replacement cover, and if I could find someone who could finely etch the 0.3mm lines on mirror-finish stainless I have a used one with light staining...(there is only so much buffing can go without erasing the ~42 fine lines on 2mm spacing that are barely etched there...). But this also saved me from learning how to spot weld spring steel (under the slide that hold the cover).

Same ashtray was used on Lambo Espada and Maserati Sebring, cover is 106x102mm...the longer tray used for Ferrari 275, etc, with curly lines and bigger knob seems easier to find.
