You can glue them on with silicone jell or thin foam tape. They then can be removed by cutting the glue or tape with dental floss, fishing line or thin wire to get them off by dragging it back and forth behind the emblem.

Being an odd shape the emblems will be very hard to put on straight, that is why they had the three holes in the fender. I would make one out of thin cardboard to create a location that keys off of the door cut. Put that on lightly with a little foam tape to check the alignment, adjust it if necessary, then put the real one on.

My car also did not have the GHIA emblems. Giugiaro was free-lancing there at the time while he was in process of starting is own business. I was told that he designed the Mangusta at home on his kitchen table.
