Lee, regarding your question of 1028 maybe always being a Euro car, I'm thinking more and more it is. It has it's original motor and has no smog pump nor rear marker lights. I've checked the original instruments tonight in the boxes and they are KPH speedo and Italian for Water and Oil. Central roof aerial.

is this the handbrake that is mentioned in the article?
