Mangusta quick release wheel boss

Does anyone know if there is anything out there for this? I've a feeling it's a case of modifying one that sits between the wheel and hub, with new holes drilled to accept the wheel. This is to be used when the car isn't being shown for concours, to allow easier access for the owner.
