Reply to "Mangusta tool kit"

William,

That was car# 8MA716. It was one of the first Gooses that I got to see close up after purchasing mine. Indeed, 7K miles on it! Only thing it suffered from was lack of use. All of the chrome was getting crazed, and the leather was screaming for moisture!

Was on a biz trip to Philly and drove all the way across the state to check this car out! Got so excited that I missed half of the stuff I should have taken pictures of.....this was pre-digital...and left 4 rolls of unexposed film in the rental car....the dealer supposedly held the car "until they could install the factory skid plate"...which was one of the things that I wanted to take a picture of! DOUBLE DUH!!

Can't find my pic's of the very same toolkit! I know I took a digital shot of my analog picture and sent it to someone....but I can't find either of my two photos any longer either!

I did find this of 716's jack stowed:

Sorry for the crappy picture of a picture. Camera hits and misses since it was dropped....

Here is a shot of my jack-n-tools.

Ratchet: aprox 12-1/4" long.
Extension: 15.5" long, 14mm hex on the ratchet end, and 19mm socket head on the other.

Hope this helps ya Denis!

Steve
