Reply to "Manual brakes"

I once test drove a Pantera with Weber carbs that were not working well and the brake booster was not getting enough vacuum from the plumbing for the individual intake runners. The brakes themselves were working fine but without power assist it was not a good experience. Based on this test drive, manual brakes on a Pantera are not for me. It might be better with Rene's setup. There are now good electric vacuum pumps that will operate the brake booster.
