Market for Deauvilles and Longchamps

It seems to me that of late better cars have come to the market and the prices haven´t been on a rusty-MGB-level anymore. Does that mean that there might be a slight chance of me someday justifying the cost of restoration of my car?

Or is it a case of forming a sentence out of the following words:

hell - Snowballs - chance - in

This one went for 24000 euros, I believe..
