The 5.4L block is cast iron and taller than the 4.6L block.

I called one of the vendors and he did not want to sell me a kit but wanted me to bring my car to him and charge me about 16k (OUCH!) to do the swap including engine. I would prefer to do it myself and just purchase the parts over time. Decisions,decisions.
