Yeah I drive em too, but just try to avoid the elements, with all the aluminum and chrome suspension, engine bay etc, one small rain sprinkle on the road could mean days of cleaning things up. Plus lengthy car shows don't seem to be my thing that much any more, I am more into our local Cars & Coffee 1 & 1/2 hour events and there sure are a lot of excellent cars there. I like cruisin the coast here too, especially when you drive PCH and see the women flash the hooters for some reason when you drive by (don't tell the wife, I am innocent bystander). I know, people kid us thinking we have Italian gremlins, but there is nothing more reliable than a well restored car, better than any of that new fangled stuff out there on the streets where you can't even see the engine in some of them, or understand what all those tubes, lines and other crap is for. Plus now we have a Corgy puppy and whenever we go north, the puppy has to come...not much room for him in the front trunk Smiler. Now I buy cars for the Corgy, he would now like a Nomad so he can run around in the rear while we tool up north.
