The presence of the DeLorean was when I started to smile, but I enjoyed examining some of the nuances nonetheless.

The guy who wrote it was doing a parody on a bill to restrict High Powered Weapons and just did a bunch of editing to put in automotive references instead. I still think getting rid of bumper stickers would be a good thing - especially the ones with small type, I hate how close I have to get to be able to read them on the highway!!!
