...One Rubber Biscuit goes On TOP of the Mount, the 2nd One Underneath. Should Line up Perfectly. I can see in the photo, if You take ONE Rubber OUT, the Engine will Lower down to Alignment. The Weight Compresses ONE Pad per Engine Side.
