motor off good brake pressure, motor on bad brake pressure

Need some help with this. I have changed the master cylinder and brakebooster with a new one (ebay). First time I have done this.

Bleed the system a few times with an assistance (wife) hitting the brake.

Situation is now as following :

When the motor is off, I have good brake pressure. And brakes work. When I am driving, I can almost push the brake pedal to the floor.  It brakes, but only all the way down.

Questions :

- Did I buy a bad set master and booster ?
- Do I need to adjust the pushrod between pedal and booster, to get it to brake earlier ?
- Do I need to adjust the rod between booster and master cylinder ?

Also another strange thing is that I hear a sucking noise at the mastercylinder when I operate the brake (motor off). Do not know if this is normal, since this is the first time I did this.

Hopefully you guys have some ideas, how to continue ?
I have read a lot of topics on this forum about the brakes. But non describe the situation i have. Or I cannot find it.

Thanks for any reply !!!
